How We Bring Your Design to Life
Prepare Your Artwork
Send us your design and we’ll take care of the rest. If you don’t have a .dst file (the format embroidery machines require), no problem, we’ll guide you through the digitizing process.
Review & Approve Details
We’ll review your design, confirm product details, and recommend placement, sizing, and thread colors. Once everything looks good, we’ll send final pricing and get your approval to begin.
Embroidery In Action
Our team carefully hoops and stitches each item using professional-grade machines and high-quality materials. From setup to the final stitch, we focus on clean, precise results that last.
Pay, Pick Up & Enjoy
Once your order is complete, you can pay online or in-store. Then pick up your finished items — or have them shipped — and enjoy embroidery that looks as good as you imagined.

Do you have order minimums?
We don’t require order minimums — whether you need one item or one hundred, we’ve got you covered. Just keep in mind, the price per item is significantly higher for single or small quantity orders due to setup and production costs.
What type of files do you accept?
We can accept nearly any file type for your design. That said, every embroidery project requires a specific .dst file, which tells our machines exactly how to stitch your design. If you don’t have a .dst file, don’t worry — we handle the digitizing process for you for a setup fee. Please note, .dst files cannot be created using standard design programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
Can you provide the garments, or can I bring my own?
We’re flexible. You’re welcome to bring your own items, or we can supply them for you. We work with trusted wholesale partners to source quality garments.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Most embroidery orders are ready within 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Need it sooner? We offer rush services for an additional fee. Any project with a deadline under 7 business days is considered a rush order — just let us know your timeline when requesting a quote.
