Do you have order minimums?
No — whether it’s one item or a full order, we’re happy to help. Small orders carry a higher price per piece to cover setup, but there are no minimums.
What type of files do you accept?
For the best results, send your design as a high-resolution PNG, JPG, or vector file. Ideally, artwork should be at least 300 DPI. If you need help prepping your file, just ask.
Can you provide the garments, or can I bring my own?
Both options are available. You’re welcome to bring your own blanks, or we can source high-quality apparel for you.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Most Direct to Film orders are ready within 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee if you need it sooner.
