I had a small but very important embroidery request and of course it was last minute. Being able to talk directly to the owner, Linzee, was so refreshing because good customer service is hard to come by these days. She took full control of the job, even assisted with the final design, all with an interest of saving me in the cost which was very surprising. Most shops want to gouge you in the art setup. Words cannot even describe the beauty of the final product and how professional she was able to make my daughters high school club cardigan sweaters look. The experience was so awesome but now I have to try to even think of ways to get back in that shop and get more work done because she makes the final product look good, the cost is reasonable and the service is stellar. Amazing experience!! I was looking for a shop near my home because I wanted to get my stole embroidered for my upcoming college graduation. I stumbled upon this one online and decided to send a text in which I got a fast reply back to come in! She was not only a sweetheart and genuine but also so professional and very agreeable to communicate so we both were on the same page of the design I was imagining. My project was small and I completely didn’t expect the level of service I received.
