Do you have order minimums?
No, and that’s one of the things that makes Tembo different. We believe everyone should have access to high-quality custom embroidery, whether you need one item or a full bulk order. We work with individuals, small businesses, and large companies alike. No project is too small to get our full attention.
What types of items can I embroider?
We offer embroidery on a wide variety of products, including hats, polos, jackets, hoodies, bags, workwear, and more. If you have a specific product in mind, just let us know. We’ll help you choose the best options for your design to look its best, and last.
How long does it take to complete my order?
Our typical turnaround time for embroidery orders is 7-10 business days after your artwork is approved and payment is confirmed. For larger orders or custom product sourcing, timelines may vary, but we’ll always communicate clearly from the start so there are no surprises. Need your order faster? Reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests.
Do you offer printing services too?
Yes, we offer Direct to Transfer printing for t-shirts and select apparel, as well as full sublimation printing for synthetic fabrics like polyester. Both are ideal for vibrant, full-color designs — Direct to Transfer works best on cotton garments, while sublimation is great for activewear and performance gear. That said, embroidery is our specialty and what we’re known for. We’ll always recommend the best method based on your design, garment type, and project needs.
Can you help with my artwork?
Absolutely. If you already have a design, we’ll review it to make sure it’s ready for embroidery or printing. If adjustments are needed, we can assist with sizing, formatting, or making it embroidery-friendly. Don’t have artwork yet? No problem — we can guide you through the process or help create a design that fits your vision.
