The Embroidery Process

Send us your artwork to convert into a .dst file. Embroidery machines CANNOT read image or vector files so ALL DESIGNS must be digitized first.
Digitize
Once we have your artwork, we send it out to get converted into a .dst file.
Set Size, Location and Color
We will carefully place, hoop, and align each garment for consistency and quality.
Run Embroidery
Go time! This is the actual embroidery process. Each design can take from 10-30 minutes depending on how many stitches are in your particular design.
Pay
Pay online or in-store. Up to you.
Pick up items and prepare for tons of compliments.

Do You Have Order Minimums?

No. We do not have order minimums, however, the cost per item increases significantly for small or single item orders.

What Type of File Do You Accept?

We accept all file types. Regardless of file type, each design must go through the digitizing process. The only file type the embroidery machine can read is a .dst file. This file cannot be created with regular graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.

Do You Provide the Garments or Can I Bring My Own?

We accept both. If you need us to provide the items for you, we can order them from one of our many wholesalers but a minimum purchase amount must be met or you may incur additional shipping charges.

What is Your Turn Around Time?

Our average turn around time is 7-10 business days. We will expedite orders for an additional rush order fee. Any deadline under 7 business days is considered a rush order.
